What are the benefits of mindfulness?
The 6-week course is about giving you the mindfulness techniques and practicing them so that you can use every day.
Manage stress
The regular practice of mindfulness is one of the best techniques for managing stress in your life.

Enjoy the present moment
It is a technique focused on being and living in the present moment – not thinking about the past or future but focussing your attention on the now.
Improved quality of life
Mindfulness practices can improve the quality of your life, lead to greater emotional and mental wellbeing, increased happiness levels, reduced stress, and better relationships.
What does the 6-week mindfulness course cover?
The course is based on the world-renowned Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course founded by Mark Williams, Zindel Segel and John Teasdale.

At the end of the course, you will understand what mindfulness is, the impact of mindfulness on your brain and a range of practical tools to lead a more mindful life.
